Yes! We love sharing our shops with you. Due to copyright laws, please do not photo or video pattern instructions.

Behind the scenes is closed to the public.

We would love to meet you! If you have any specific person you would like to meet, please email ahead then when you arrive let an associate know you're here.

Groups Questions

Yes, if you are coming in with a large group, please let us know so that we may have extra help on hand. There is bus & RV parking and pull through.

We enjoy traveling and meeting wonderful quilters! We will travel to your location and set up a mini shop and demo/program. We can even do a workshop!

We do not offer group discounts but have been known to offer some great deals during group visits!

Online Ordering Questions

For phone or website orders: Orders of in-stock merchandise will be sent out within 5 business days.
(Not applicable to Facebook Live Orders)

Main Facebook Live Orders, orders ship on Mondays unless there is a holiday. Occasional delays may occur.

Our products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an in-store or website credit. Items must be unopened and in new condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer or you may return items in store. A shipping confirmation is recommended, as we cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office. Along with your return, please include a copy of your receipt.

Facebook Live Questions

Just jump on Facebook and search The Quilted Cow. Our main Facebook page is where you will find us, but our franchise locations also offer Facebook Live shopping. Check out what each has to offer by visiting their Facebook Group Pages! Locate the pages by clicking Groups on our Facebook page.

Please claim by using "MINE + keyword" shown on the card for each item. By claiming you have every intention of following through with your purchase.

Your account must be in good standing in order to claim limited items.

Invoices for the main Facebook Live are sent Thursdays directly to your email. Please be sure you have registered on our website to receive your invoice.

If you do not receive an invoice, please email orders@thequiltedcow.com

Invoices must be paid by Saturday morning.

If you do not receive an invoice, please contact us on Fridays at orders@thequiltedcow.com.

Most orders are ready to ship Mondays unless there is a holiday.
